【財華社訊】德林控股(01709.HK)盤中漲超7%，截至發稿，漲3.72%，報3.35港元。消息面上，該公司公佈，於2025年10月17日，公司與比特大陸間接附屬公司BM1及BM2各自就BM礦機的BM收購事項，包括1900台BM礦機1及1095台BM礦機2簽訂BM正式協議，總BM代價分別為834.91萬美元(相當於6512.28萬港元)及1087.66萬美元(相當於8483.78萬港元)。BM收購事項及BTC礦機收購事項將使集團能夠獲得行業領先的比特幣挖礦硬件，直接支持集團成為香港首家上市「比特幣算力股」的宏願，三年內的總算力約為2,100,000T，目標總年產能約為350枚比特幣及規劃儲備逾1000枚比特幣。
