如果你已經很努力了，孩子就是不學好，
那麽這就是他自己的命運。請您不要背負他人的命運。
你已經做得很好了，剩下的就請尊重他的命運，同時也照顧好自己的命運。
奉獻和犧牲很偉大，可它不是媽媽的硬性標準。
那些'為你好'的自我感動式犧牲，
其實才是給孩子制造的最沈重的壓力。
你一定要找回自己的生活，做好自己，活得美好有生命力，
孩子自然而然能從你身上學到自愛，學會積極向上。
你首先是你自己，其次才是孩子的媽媽。
