【財華社訊】2月28日，香港財經事務及庫務局局長許正宇2月27日在2025至26年度《財政預算案》財庫局和創新科技及工業局相關措施記者會上介紹，金融科技是未來趨勢，香港在這方面的工作和成績也是走在前沿。積極發展虛擬資產生態圈，政府即將發布第二份虛擬資產政策宣言，探索傳統金融與虛擬資產的融合，並將於年內就場外交易及託管服務的發牌制度諮詢市場。
